Supporting Documents
The Keystone methodology is openly published. Take what's useful. Adapt it to your programme. Fork it into your organisation's templates. Hand it on to a peer running an ERP programme who would benefit from it.
All files are in editable formats — Word, PowerPoint, Excel — so you can change them rather than just look at them. No sign-up required to download anything below.
Single-pillar or dual-pillar (ERP + CRM)?
Most programmes are single-pillar — ERP alone. The toolkit covers that as the default. Dual-pillar programmes (ERP and CRM running in parallel as a single transformation) need two additional artefacts and have dual-pillar variants of several others. Tagged below: ERP + CRM only marks artefacts used only on dual-pillar programmes; dual-pillar variant marks artefacts that have a dual-pillar variant alongside the single-pillar default. See the multi-pillar page for what changes on dual-pillar.

The artefact library
Pre-drafted templates by lifecycle phase
The philosophy behind these is on the Pre-drafted artefacts page. Workshops arrive with structured starting points, not blank pages. Take a template, populate it with your programme's specifics, sign it off.
