Get in touch
Three routes, depending on what you're after. The site itself is the methodology — most people who land here get what they need from the pages and the toolkit. If you want to go further, here's how.
Got a methodology question?
Use the form below. I reply in writing, usually within a couple of working days. No pitch, no sales call — just an answer. Most questions about Keystone can be handled this way.
Three shapes of engagement
Most engagements fit one of these three patterns. All start with a conversation, not a contract.
- Programme recovery diagnostic. A fixed-scope, fixed-price assessment — typically 4–6 weeks — against the Keystone 20-stage framework. Written report with findings, risk exposure, and a recommended path forward. For programmes that feel stuck, over budget, or politically stalled.
- Interim Programme Director / Programme Manager. Hands-on delivery leadership on a live ERP or CRM transformation. Typically 3–12 months. I run the programme, chair the governance, hold the SI to account, and keep the Board informed.
- Advisory support. Lighter touch — supporting a client-side Programme Manager or PMO Lead who's running the programme but wants an experienced sounding board. Ongoing, flexible commitment.
Minimum engagement: one month. Rates depend on IR35 status and engagement length.
Request current rates
Day-rates aren't published on the site. Leave your email below and I'll send the current rate card — usually within one working day.
Or connect on LinkedIn to start the conversation.
Considering engaging me on a programme?
If you're actively considering engaging me — for a contract, an advisory engagement, or a programme that needs recovery — book a 30-minute structured call. No pitch, no slide deck; a diagnostic against the foundation of the method, focused on what your programme actually needs.
Please use this only if you're actively considering engaging me.
If you have a question about the method, please use the form at the top of this page — I'll reply in writing. The call is reserved for serious engagement conversations so I can keep the bar high once I'm working on a programme.
